What You'll Do:

• Lead daily kitchen operations as a hands-on working supervisor
• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus
• Inventory management and budgeting
• Perform dishwashing and kitchen clean-up duties as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Provide oversight and direction to cooks who work independently on assigned shifts

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment (required)
• Texas Food Safety Manager Certification (required)
• Prior experience with hands on cooking, food safety and sanitation knowledge, and staff leadership
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment
