Dining Room Specialist

REPORTS TO:General Manager/MOD (Manager on Duty)

REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Retail or restaurant experience preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Able to stand for 9 hours
Able to lift at least 25 pounds
Good hearing and good listening skills
Basic English language skills
Must be focused on GUEST’s needs

The Dining Room Specialist plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION:
To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it.

Responsibilities/Duties

  1. Punch in, sign in, and report to the General Manager/Assistant Manager on time & in full
    uniform for each shift. Obtain Manager’s approval prior to punching out.
  2. Must be focused on delivering our standards and providing the MOOYAH service
    experience.
  3. Have a thorough knowledge of all of the MOOYAH cleanliness and FOH operating
    standards.
  4. Have positive interactions with GUESTS throughout the shift.
  5. Perform opening set up, ongoing shift work responsibilities and closing duties.
  6. Always conduct yourself professionally and have fun while providing outstanding MOOYAH
    service.
  7. Maintain cleanliness of the FOH and restrooms throughout the shift.
  8. Ensure timely restocking of paper goods, beverage station products and all restroom
    necessities.
  9. Maintain safety & sanitation.
  10. Attend all employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
  11. Avoid leaving work area during peak periods.
  12. Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Assistant Manager.
  14. Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the
    GUESTS. Has a good understanding and plays and active role in Guest Obsession.
