Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and courteous service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service
• Assist residents with their dining needs, ensuring a positive experience
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation and a caring attitude
• Dependability and a professional appearance
• Ability to work daytime shifts, including weekends
• Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate service
