Grand Villa of Palm Bay is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Server to join our dining team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, attentive, and dedicated to creating a warm and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work some weekends and varied shifts
