Job Description

Complete opening and closing duties, including storing and organizing reusable items, breaking down work areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, washing dishes, restocking supplies, securing storage areas, turning off equipment and lights, locking designated areas, and completing daily cleaning checklists. Set up, stock, and maintain workstations to support efficient food service and kitchen operations. Run food to guests, ensuring orders are accurate, properly presented, and delivered promptly. Assist servers, team members, and guests as needed to provide exceptional customer service and support smooth restaurant operations. Inspect china, glassware, silverware, and serving utensils to ensure cleanliness, quality, and proper presentation before use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, service, and dining areas throughout each shift by following clean-as-you-go procedures and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, equipment issues, and unsafe working conditions to management in a timely manner. Complete all required safety training programs and maintain compliance with company standards. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with uniform and grooming requirements while protecting confidential information and company assets. Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing service in accordance with company hospitality standards. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management, including answering telephones using proper etiquette when required. Develop and maintain positive working relationships, contribute to team objectives, and respond professionally to feedback and operational needs. Consistently adhere to company quality, cleanliness, and service standards while supporting a safe, organized, and guest-focused work environment.

Read, interpret, and verify information accurately from a variety of printed and electronic sources, including materials with small text. Demonstrate the ability to stand, walk, or remain active for extended periods, including the entirety of a scheduled shift. Safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Utilize fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to safely handle, operate, and manipulate objects and equipment of varying sizes and weights. Navigate stairs, service ramps, and uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces while maintaining safety and awareness. Perform physical duties requiring reaching overhead and below the knees, as well as bending, twisting, stooping, pulling, and other repetitive movements. Maintain the physical capability to meet the demands of a fast-paced hospitality environment while adhering to established safety procedures. Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisors to support operational efficiency and guest service excellence.
