Dimensional Inspector

As a Dimensional Inspector, you are the final line of defense for quality. Your work ensures that every casting, machined part, fabrication, and weldment meets exacting specifications. Using cutting-edge tools like Faro Arms, CMMs, and precision measuring equipment, you’ll help safeguard the integrity of manufactured products and overall quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed dimensional inspections using advanced mechanical and electronic measuring tools.
• Perform non-destructive testing (Visual and Liquid Penetrant) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to verify parts meet required tolerances and dimensions.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and specialized equipment to safely move and inspect components.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in dimensional inspection or related industrial/mechanical environments.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or mechanical technology education preferred.
• Strong experience using inspection equipment, reading blueprints, and following process-driven procedures.
