Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Dim Capture Specialist role:

Capture accurate weights and dimensions for items using the Cubiscan 325 to provide data that supports shipping calculations as well as other in-house operational initiatives

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Pull inventory from shelf to for measurements
• Scan inventory to capture, weight, dims and verify all info ties to item on hand
• Troubleshoot common issues related to the device and data that it captures
• Provide data-driven reporting to direct report(s) as requested

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Ability to work in a team environment and give honest and direct feedback
• Ability to work in the intensity of a high-volume inventory system and uphold the highest accuracy standards
• Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of inventory accuracy in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
• Flexibility in regards to schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or inventory accuracy
• Basic computer skills (web-based systems, barcode scanning, data entry)
• Ability to stand and walk for [full shift] and to lift [up to 50 lbs] repeatedly
• Ability to read and follow written SOPs
• Bilingual or English speaking

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory, or data entry experience
• Familiarity with a WMS or inventory systems
• Comfort with Office, spreadsheets or basic data reporting
• Proficiency in SQL or query-based reporting

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $19.00 to $20.00
