职位简介

参与工厂数字化改进项目与业务流程改善项目，通过软件开发、办公自动化、AI工具应用、数据分析及标准化建设，帮助业务团队提升工作效率、减少人为错误，并推动流程数字化与智能化升级。

主要职责

• 开发办公自动化程序、Web工具及部门数字化应用
• 协助构建业务流程自动化和审批自动化解决方案
• 支持系统测试、问题排查和持续优化
• 识别并分析日常工作中的自动化机会
• 使用Power BI等工具开发自动报表生成、数据整合及信息推送等自动化功能
• 使用 Power Apps、Power Automate等工具开发数字化应用
• 支持数据架构设置，包括基本数据结构设计和集成
• 编制和维护标准作业指导书、基础技术文档、测试脚本和用户说明
• 使用Visio、Process Map、SIPOC等工具绘制流程图

任职要求

• 本科或硕士在读
• 计算机科学、软件工程、信息管理、工业工程、自动化、数据科学等相关专业优先
• 具备Python编程技能，熟悉JavaScript、C#、Java等开发语言，具备软件开发能力
• 了解微软power platform工具，具备数据库基础技能

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
