We are looking for a new team member to join our growing Digital Growth Domain, where we are shaping the internal digital marketing agency of the future. Our mission is to create innovative, data-driven digital sales and marketing solutions that elevate customer experiences across OTP Bank.

We count on you in these tasks:

• PPC Campaign uploading
• Active participating in relevant meetings, writing memos
• Supporting the PPC team, participating on trainings
• Gaining a through understanding of the OTP performance marketing mix and ecosystem with your mentor

You are welcome to apply if you have:

• Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, LEN are essential; XLOOKUP and CONCATENATE are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and you are a creative thinker
• Ability and affinity to learn: life-long-learning is not just a buzzword for us, it is essential if you want to be a part of our team.
• Willingness to learn from us and much more about performance marketing, but you have to be prepared to put in the effort.
• Precision skills: an other famous buzzword, but it is also essential. If we miss a comma or a zero at the end of the line, it will cause big problems. Be precise. Period.
