Leading a team of experienced SMEs, you will provideclear direction, coaching and supportwhile navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.You’llwork closely with global partners, balancing priorities and championing Australian interests, while acting as aconfident decision-maker and momentum driverto ensure the business continues moving in the right direction.

Whatyou’lldo 

• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing SMEs, providing clear direction,supportand ongoing development

• Drive delivery and execution across mortgage origination, ensuring targets are met and momentum is maintained

• Steer priorities and make critical decisions to keep the function moving in the right direction

• Manage and influence senior stakeholders locally and globally within a complex matrix environment

• Champion digital transformation and continuous optimisation across the mortgage origination journey
