About the Company

Our client is a reputable manufacturer of precision components and modules in high-mix low-volume. They are an established supplier for many major global players in the Optical, Semicon, Diagnostics, Medical, and Life Science industries. They are looking for a Business Operations Assistant Manager to join the team.

The Digitalisation Team Lead drives ERP optimization, process automation, and data analytics while leading a team of System Analysts This role ensures seamless system integration, efficiency improvements, and digital transformation in an Industry 4.0 manufacturing environment

 Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Digitalization team, ensuring motivation, performance, and discipline. Develop your team with the right skills and knowledge to support strategy. Train all users in the company to maximize system utilization
• Business applications: The most important application is Epicor ERP. You are responsible for system administration, First line support, Implementation of upgrades & Customization. You are also responsible for other business application, like CRM, HR Payroll system, Robot Job Management system.
• Data Analytics: Development and maintain real-time dashboards and analytics using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve accuracy and accessibility. Ensure data integrity and governance across all business systems.
• RPA (Robot Process Automation) & PowerApps: Identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes by utilizing Microsoft PowerAutomate and PowerApps. Integrate existing business application to ensure smooth data integration.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Together with our external vendor you are responsible to maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure the security. Make sure our systems are reliable and disaster recovery and business continuity plans are always up to date.

 Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and SQL is a must.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform specifically Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps is essential.
• Problem solver, analytical mindset, driven, assertive, able to function under minimal supervision and with keen interest in new technology.

Remuneration

MYR 6,500 to MYR 7,500
