You will play a key role in the development and implementation of advanced engineering projects within the technology domain. • Design, implement, and maintain engineering solutions aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform system analyses and assessments to identify improvement opportunities and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and business alignment.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovations to enhance solution capabilities.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Define project scope based on business requirements and translate needs into actionable project plans.
• Lead end-to-end execution of automation and digitalisation projects from concept to deployment.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and proposals to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate and secure utilisation of workforce-related grants with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting continuous learning and capability development.
• Support executive and guest visits, ensuring smooth coordination and engagement.
• Undertake additional responsibilities, including tender research and submission preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project management within technical or engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
