Join Planetary Health Biosolutions as our new Digital/AI & Commercial Transformation Manager and become part of the Strategy Deployment team, a highly skilled multinational team driving strategic growth and transformation across our business. In this role, you will help shape the future of commercial excellence by accelerating digital and AI adoption, scaling new growth models, and enabling impactful change across regions and functions.

The Role & Your Impact

As our Digital/AI & Commercial Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic and transformational initiatives that strengthen our commercial capabilities and accelerate business growth. Working across regions, leadership levels, and functions, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions, new ways of working, and measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead digital and AI transformation programs from opportunity identification and business case development through pilot execution, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives and incubate new commercial growth models aligned with divisional priorities.
• Drive the development and scaling of commercial capabilities such as customer segmentation, digital sales, inside sales, e-commerce, and omnichannel engagement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and change management across regions and functions.
• Act as a bridge between commercial teams and enabling functions to translate business needs into scalable processes, tools, and solutions.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor impact to ensure sustainable business value

What You'll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant experience within global commercial transformation, digital transformation, strategy execution, consulting, or related areas.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with a solid understanding of digital and AI opportunities.
• Proven program and project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Experience measuring, tracking, and demonstrating business impact and value creation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

This role is based on Denmark, in a hybrid working environment, offering flexibi-

lity while enabling close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe. You will work in a highly international setting, partnering with teams across regions, functions, and time zones to drive strategic transformation initiatives. The position operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where balancing multiple priorities and projects is part of everyday work. Travel may be required from time to time depending on business needs and project activities.
