Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Infrastructure Head and partner with the CIO/CTO, human resources, facilities and other IT and business leaders to set the strategic direction of the digital workplace and DEX improvements.

  • Lead the digital workplace operations team focused on fulfilling (telephony included) end-user support and service requests, including the IT service desk, the VIP and desktop support, A/V support, Active Directory, IT services catalogue and IT asset management (hardware & software) inventory.

  • Manage the annual budget for operating and capital expenditures and govern digital workplace technology usage, standards, and licensing to align with IT and company objectives while optimizing costs and enforcing data policies.

  • Contract administration including management of service level for services in the scope including licensing expiration, renewal with different services providers and procurement team.

  • Lead the development, publication and maintenance of the corporate IT catalogue of product and services and its roadmap aligned with business requirements and IT leaders.

  • Provide IT leaders and business with a consolidated overview of IT Service Support KPIs (support tickets and service requests) submitted by the business area, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

  • Champion the modernization of workforce technology and services to enable new ways of working and digital transformation, while demonstrating digital dexterity and fostering a culture of workforce digital dexterity by leading adoption, enablement, and influence to achieve digital business goals.

  • Partner with HR to understand employees’ current challenges, new roles, demographic changes, mobility, hybrid work and more, incorporating this knowledge into digital workplace planning, while utilizing organizational change management best practices to drive technology adoption.

  • Partner with corporate real estate/facilities to create a smart workplace that supports hybrid and remote workers as much as onsite workers.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in internal communications to communicate how digital workplace applications benefit employees through enablement campaigns and measurement of customer satisfaction and eNPS.

  • Work with IT security and risk management to ensure that digital workplace technologies comply with corporate policies and industry standards.

  • Responsible for SOX and ITGC controls within the digital workplace, including the polices creation or update ensuring flawless execution and developing action plans for improvements when necessary.

Requirements

  • [5+] years managing IT systems, processes and vendors.

  • [5+] years of leading digital workplace team and processes including external service desk services

  • English mandatory

  • Experience with vendor governance, KPI Management, including demonstrated success in conducting RFPs and vendor service transitions.

  • Proven financial management skills with operational budget tasks.

  • Awareness of ways to measure Digital Experience and satisfaction.

  • Working knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL, including key processes – knowledge, incident, change, service request and major-incident management.

  • Proven ability to manage rapidly changing business priorities, processes and technologies.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of digital workplace applications.
