What you'll do

Role & Responsibility
• Lead the Digital transformation in Digital Workplace area by driving and align regional strategic initiatives with leadership’s vision and operational requirements
• Lead Digital Workplace (DWP) team in Volvo Car China by building up a solid partnership with regional stakeholders, and suppliers to create a transparent communication and ensure the regional DWP services or activities be fully aligned with standard products, process and strategy direction.
• Establishing the operational and governance framework of All China locations
• Ensuring operation excellence and customer focus mindset to continuously improving end users’ satisfaction in DWP area of China
• Strong leadership by managing, coaching, and developing the DWP team members (Internal & External resources) with a clear target setting and success deliverables.
Budget planning and cost control/management in DWP area to ensure all the spending is fully aligned with business demands by to maximizing business values

What you'll bring

  • 10-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Business.
  • Manage digital workplace tools in a business environment.
  • Understanding workplace technologies and vendors, as well as the industries in which our clients operate.
  • Experience in the delivery of Workplace technology projects or programs as well as delivering business or technology change.
  • An understanding of emerging and innovative workplace technologies, and how to shape IT strategy and delivery to leverage those technologies
  • An understanding of how an IT function operates with experience in assessing and designing Cloud target operating models including organization and process design for Cloud adoption
  • Key consulting skills including a number of the following:
    • Strong analytical / problem-solving ability to provide thought-through, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and drive results
    • Management of teams and deliverables
    • High level of proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications, including administration, and instructing end-users.
    • Microsoft Certifications such as Microsoft 365 MCSA, MCSE; Cloud Platform and Infrastructure equivalent; desired but not mandatory.
    • Experience creating SharePoint and Teams sites.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
    • Experience training end-users.
    • Strong teamwork skills.
    • Strong oral and written communications skills.
    • Ability to lead and facilitate meetings.
    • Easily adapts to changing priorities.
    • Experience with association management preferred.
