4.Leading DEX initiatives
Seeking a highly experienced Digital Experience (DEX) Lead to manage and enhance a large-scale NextThink environment supporting approximately 40,000 end users. This individual will lead a team of three (including two direct reports) and serve as both a technical leader and product owner for the organization's digital employee experience program.
Lead and mentor a team responsible for Digital Experience Management (DEX).
Drive strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Digital Experience program.
Own and evolve the organization's highly customized NextThink environment.
Design, develop, and maintain automated remediation solutions using PowerShell and NextThink Remote Actions.
Lead major initiatives such as endpoint reboot process redesigns, vulnerability-driven reboot strategies, and proactive issue remediation.
Partner with stakeholders to align NextThink capabilities and roadmap with business objectives.
Act as an internal advocate and product owner for the NextThink platform.

This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $139000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
