Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.
We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).
Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.
Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, SAP, Commercial, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, servers, …).
Digital Workplace & Facilities team manages all Digital Workplace capabilities (all devices, collaboration, communication, printing, software management & deployment, …) and makes the bridge between global standards designed by global infrastructure & workplace teams and their implementation on our 60+ sites (incl. 12 plants) across the globe.

Main responsibilities:
As part of the Device Experience and DEX team, you will manage the following capabilities:
SOTI Product Ownership & MDM Management.
Factory & Industrial Device Management.
Enterprise Printing Services Management.
VDI Platform management.
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Tooling.
Automation & Integration.
Product Roadmap & Stakeholder Management.
Security & Compliance.
We are looking for a Device Expert in our Device Experience and DEX team, with following core responsibilities, for all capabilities listed above.
1. SOTI Product Ownership & MDM Management:
Own and manage SOTI MobiControl platform for enterprise mobile device management across Android, iOS and Windows.
Design and implement SOTI deployment strategies for rugged devices, handhelds, tablets, and specialized industrial equipment.
Develop automated device provisioning and configuration workflows using SOTI scripting and APIs.
Implement lockdown policies, kiosk modes, and custom Android Enterprise configurations for factory and warehouse environments.
Integrate SOTI with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, Azure AD, ServiceNow) via APIs and connectors.
Manage SOTI Assist for remote support and troubleshooting capabilities.
Optimize SOTI licensing, usage, and cost management.
Create and maintain SOTI policies, profiles, and compliance rules.
2. Factory & Industrial Device Management:
Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of specialized factory devices including barcode scanners, RFID readers, rugged tablets, and industrial PDAs.
Design device strategies for manufacturing floor operations, warehouse management, and field service scenarios.
Implement device hardening and security policies for industrial environments (GxP, ISO compliance).
Develop automated provisioning workflows for large-scale factory device deployments.
Manage Android Enterprise (formerly Android for Work) configurations for industrial use cases.
Coordinate with OEMs (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic) for device certifications and support.
Ensure device compatibility with industrial applications (WMS, MES, QMS systems).
Implement remote management and troubleshooting solutions for devices in operational environments.
3. Enterprise Printing Services Management:
Own and manage global printing infrastructure including print servers, print queues, and follow-me printing solutions.
Implement and optimize print management solutions (PaperCut, PrinterLogic, or similar platforms).
Design cloud-based and hybrid printing architectures supporting remote and office workers.
Manage printer fleet lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
Implement secure print release and authentication mechanisms.
Develop cost optimization strategies through print policy management and monitoring.
Integrate printing services with Azure AD, Intune, and mobile printing solutions.
Automate printer deployment and driver management across Windows, macOS, and VDI environments.
Manage pull printing, mobile printing, and guest printing capabilities.
4. VDI Product Ownership:
Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 or Citrix.
Design VDI strategies for various user personas including factory supervisors, remote workers, and contractors.
Optimize VDI performance, capacity planning, and user experience.
Implement application virtualization and delivery mechanisms.
Integrate VDI with factory applications and specialized industrial software.
Manage FSLogix profiles, user environment management, and session optimization.
Ensure VDI security, compliance, and disaster recovery capabilities.
5. Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Tooling:
Implement and manage DEX platforms (Intune Analytics)
Monitor and analyze end-user computing experience across physical devices, mobile devices, and VDI.
Develop proactive alerting and remediation workflows based on user experience metrics.
Create dashboards and reports measuring device performance, application responsiveness, and user satisfaction scores.
Identify and resolve experience bottlenecks affecting productivity.
Implement sentiment analysis and digital experience scoring.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on DEX insights.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize infrastructure based on real user experience data.
6. Automation & Integration:
Develop PowerShell automation solutions across all device platforms.
Create integration workflows between SOTI, VDI, printing services, and DEX platforms Implement automated remediation scripts for common device and printing issues.
Build custom dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Automate device lifecycle processes from procurement to retirement.
7. Product Roadmap & Stakeholder Management:
Define and maintain product roadmaps for device management capabilities aligned with business objectives.
Manage vendor relationships with SOTI, device OEMs, printing vendors, and DEX platform providers.
Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders across manufacturing, IT, and business units.
Gather requirements and prioritize feature requests from factory managers, IT support, and end users.
Track KPIs including device uptime, mean time to resolution, printing costs, and user experience scores.
Drive adoption of new technologies and solutions across the organization.
8. Security & Compliance:
Enforce security policies across all device types ensuring compliance with GxP, ISO, and corporate standards.
Implement Zero Trust security principles for factory devices and VDI environments.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Manage device encryption, secure boot, and authentication mechanisms.
Ensure printing security including secure print release and document tracking.
About you:
Technical background required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with various proven experiences in international context across global organizations.
Good hands-on experience with SOTI MobiControl platform administration and deployment.
Deep understanding of Android Enterprise, Apple DEP/VPP, and Windows MDM protocols.
Experience with rugged device management (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic devices).
SOTI certification preferred not mandatory.
Proven experience managing industrial device fleets in manufacturing, warehouse, or field service environments.
Understanding of industrial protocols, barcode scanning, RFID technology Experience with OEM tools and device-specific management platforms.
Knowledge of GxP, ISO compliance requirements for manufacturing environments.
Expert-level knowledge of enterprise print management solutions (HP LRS, Printer Logic, or equivalent)
Experience with print server administration, queue management, and driver deployment.
Understanding of cloud printing, mobile printing, and follow-me printing technologies.
Experience optimizing printing costs and implementing print policies.
Deep hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 and Citrix.
Understanding of application virtualization, profile management, and session optimization.
Experience integrating VDI with industrial and specialized applications.
Experience implementing and managing DEX.
Ability to analyze user experience metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
Experience creating DEX dashboards and executive reporting.
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills, webhooks, and system integration.
Familiarity with Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or similar orchestration tools Infrastructure as Code experience preferred not mandatory.
General.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in device management and product ownership roles.
Strong understanding of Azure AD, conditional access, and modern authentication.
Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
Power BI or similar reporting tool expertise is good to have.
Some experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
Soft skills required.
Fluent in English.
Curious and open-minded, « out of the box » thinking with growth mindset, willing to stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in device management and automation.
Proven experience working & performing in global team, in a matrix organization, with strong capacity to manage activities across web meetings and collaborative solutions.
