Location: Monterrey, NL (local candidates only)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 – 16:00

Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days home office – non-negotiable)

Important:

  • This role supports enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, DocuSign, ChatGPT Enterprise).
  • This role requires hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience. It is NOT an entry-level help desk, onboarding-only, or user provisioning-focused role.
  • Only candidates currently based in Monterrey and the metropolitan area will be considered.
  • No relocation support is provided.
  • No students will be considered.

About the role:

The Digital Workplace Administrator is responsible for supporting and administering NOV’s enterprise collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and ChatGPT Enterprise.

This role focuses on ensuring reliable service delivery, operational support, troubleshooting, and compliance with security and governance standards, while collaborating with global IT teams to improve the end-user experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive), including user access, mailbox administration, mail flow investigation, service-related incidents, and operational support.
  • Manage DocuSign users, roles, permissions, templates, and workflows.
  • Provision and support users in ChatGPT Enterprise and monitor platform usage.
  • Handle and troubleshoot Tier 2–3 incidents, service requests, and operational issues, escalating only when appropriate to global teams.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning and license management.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, platform availability, usage trends, and operational alerts.
  • Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.

Required experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Experience investigating and resolving Microsoft 365 service issues, user access issues, authentication problems, and collaboration platform incidents.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and user administration.
  • Working knowledge of Exchange Online administration, Teams administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), and PowerShell.
  • Experience handling service requests and incidents in enterprise environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English required (interaction with global teams).

Preferred:

  • Experience administering DocuSign.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting or working with AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise is a plus).
  • Experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise Microsoft 365 environments is highly desirable.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 (MS-900), Azure AI (AI-900), or similar.

Candidates must currently reside in Monterrey or its metropolitan area.
