THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Visual Merchandiser to join our Digital Visual Merchandising team. At Boozt, we are dedicated to delivering a world-class customer experience - and as a Digital Visual Merchandiser, you will be at the heart of making it happen.

In this opportunity, you will own the digital shop real estate, ensuring an optimal shop structure guided by data and insights. Through creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, you will craft digital environments that engage customers and elevate their shopping experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will shape how customers experience our online store by curating product displays, optimising pages, and creating inspiring digital storefronts that drive engagement and conversion. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies aligned with business goals, using data and insights to create visually compelling product presentations.

  • Oversee the uploading, maintenance, and strategic placement of onsite banners within our CMS, highlighting seasonal trends, launches, and promotions while ensuring visual consistency and optimal engagement.

  • Lead A/B testing, monitor KPIs, set benchmarks, and turn insights into actions that improve engagement and conversion.

  • Stay up-to-date on competitors, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the digital merchandising strategy.

  • Improve workflows, processes, and tools, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

YOUR PROFILE

Success in this role requires a data-driven, hands-on mindset and the ability to make fast, high-impact merchandising decisions. You understand that e-commerce never sleeps and are flexible to work occasional hours to help keep the shop running smoothly. You bring

  • Experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or online retail, with 3+ years in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills to use performance data and benchmarks to guide. merchandising decisions and drive results.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools or personalisation platforms.

  • A keen visual sense and understanding of fashion trends (fashion experience is a plus).

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e-commerce, marketing, or related field.

  • Fluency in English.
