About MBRDI:
Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable digital twin models for automotive systems, manufacturing processes, and real-world simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to integrate digital twins into product development and core manufacturing processes.
• Analyze digital twin data to identify actionable insights for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving planning efficiency, and enhancing decision-making.
• Develop and demonstrate advanced 3D workflows using NVIDIA Omniverse, including complex 3D pipelines and content creation workflows.
• Design and develop software technology architecture tailored to business and client requirements across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
• Utilize GPUs for developing SDKs and full-stack datacenter architecture to support digital twin and AI-based applications.
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies in digital twin development, AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and interactive 3D solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in digital twin development, simulation technologies, or similar AI-driven modeling solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or Java.
• Strong understanding of IoT, data analytics, cloud computing, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, conventional AI, and generative AI technologies.
• Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse and 3D content creation workflows.
• Knowledge of DCC tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Revit, Blender, and Substance.
• Understanding of the full interactive 3D pipeline, from modeling to application, preferably within manufacturing industries.
• Strong passion for manipulating and translating 3D geometry, animation, and materials into code.
• Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure requirements, software development, design, and re-engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifikationen
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Additional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Digital Twin, NVIDIA Omniverse, or related technologies would be an added advantage.

  • Preferred Qualifications – Good to Have:
    • Experience in automotive manufacturing, process simulation, or product development environments.
    • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or engineering domains.
    • Experience in developing software solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms.
    • Knowledge of GPU-based development, SDK development, and full-stack datacenter architecture.
    • Experience working with global teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and international engineering projects.
    • Familiarity with advanced visualization, 3D simulation, and manufacturing process optimization tools.
