The specialist will identify opportunities for digital innovation to improve efficiency and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on improving operational efficiency and customer engagement in property development.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new digital technologies and solutions (e.g., CRM, automation, digital marketing platforms).
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for digital optimization and innovation.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and platforms.
  • Drive a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in property development and digital transformation to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective utilization of new digital systems and processes.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives, using data to drive future strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to digital transformation projects, preferably within the property development or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of various digital technologies, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., agile, lean, design thinking).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective digital solutions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value.
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement in a transformative environment.
