PwC is currently looking for a curious and adaptable Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Digital Transformation & Data team. In this role, you will work alongside experts and engineers to identify automation opportunities that solve business challenges and enhance employee experiences.

Your Mission

Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Conducting business process analysis to assess automation feasibility.

  • Applying analytical skills to identify business value, document precise requirements, and present them in a structured, measurable manner.

  • Driving and documenting the automation engineering process (design, build, test, release, hypercare, and production support).

  • Developing and maintaining RPA solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and CoPilot Studio.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance automation strategies.

  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies to ensure best practices in automation and data solutions.

About You

The ideal candidate is therefore one who:

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience leading business process automation projects using RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and similar technologies.

  • Have programming experience in languages such as Python and JavaScript and be proficient in Microsoft SQL.

  • Be skilled in managing automation hosted in a CoE, including debugging and troubleshooting exceptions.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrate an agile mindset, adapting to changing priorities.

  • Be impact-driven, eager to contribute positively to the firm, and a reliable team player.

Having knowledge of the following will be considered an asset:

  • RPA software certifications include Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate RPA Developer, Power Platform Developer).

  • Familiarity with Dataverse and SharePoint lists.

  • Experience working with APIs.

  • Knowledge of data scraping, transformation, and visualisation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI).

  • Understanding of VBA and VB.Net programming languages.
