What this job involves:

The Digital Transformation Process Architect plays a vital role in maintaining the digital backbone of our regional operations across the Americas and Latin America. In this position, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the technology platforms and data ecosystems that enable efficient, accurate, and compliant service delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact for platform-related issues, you'll ensure system integrity, data quality, and user access are maintained to the highest standards. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career—and in this role, you'll partner closely with operational teams across diverse corporate real estate functions to resolve technical issues, manage approval workflows, and govern user data. Your work ensures that collaborative platforms such as Smartsheet and SharePoint remain reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose at all times. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll experience this firsthand as you support users across multiple regions and languages.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Perform daily preventative maintenance monitoring across all active digital trackers, Smartsheet workspaces, and SharePoint platforms

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-submitted support tickets across all supported operational processes and work applications

  • Act as the regional subject matter expert, assisting non-technical users in navigating digital workflows and tools

  • Identify, document, and escalate system bugs or recurring performance issues to senior engineering and product teams

  • Process data correction requests across all active trackers and submission workflows to ensure reporting accuracy

  • Maintain and update reference data, dropdown configurations, and metadata properties across platforms to reflect current operational requirements

  • Perform routine data audits to ensure alignment with regional data governance and compliance policies

  • Process user access and platform license requests, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning in accordance with security protocols

  • Conduct regular access reviews to ensure permissions are up to date and revoke access for offboarded users

Required qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of prior experience in a technical support, system administration, data analyst, or IT-adjacent operational support role

  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel (advanced formulas, data cleaning), Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Lists

  • Demonstrated experience working with global or cross-regional teams in a multicultural, multinational corporate environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose technical and data-related issues across complex digital workflows

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Meticulous attention to detail in data validation, user record management, access provisioning, and system auditing

  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical instructions into simple guidance for non-technical users

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is considered a strong asset)

  • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet including sheets, forms, reports, and dashboards

  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or custom support queues
