The Digital Transformation Process Architect plays a vital role in maintaining the digital backbone of our regional operations across the Americas and Latin America. In this position, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the technology platforms and data ecosystems that enable efficient, accurate, and compliant service delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact for platform-related issues, you'll ensure system integrity, data quality, and user access are maintained to the highest standards. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career—and in this role, you'll partner closely with operational teams across diverse corporate real estate functions to resolve technical issues, manage approval workflows, and govern user data. Your work ensures that collaborative platforms such as Smartsheet and SharePoint remain reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose at all times. Perform daily preventative maintenance monitoring across all active digital trackers, Smartsheet workspaces, and SharePoint platforms
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-submitted support tickets across all supported operational processes and work applications
Act as the regional subject matter expert, assisting non-technical users in navigating digital workflows and tools
Identify, document, and escalate system bugs or recurring performance issues to senior engineering and product teams
Process data correction requests across all active trackers and submission workflows to ensure reporting accuracy
Maintain and update reference data, dropdown configurations, and metadata properties across platforms to reflect current operational requirements
Perform routine data audits to ensure alignment with regional data governance and compliance policies
Process user access and platform license requests, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning in accordance with security protocols
Conduct regular access reviews to ensure permissions are up to date and revoke access for offboarded users
1–3 years of prior experience in a technical support, system administration, data analyst, or IT-adjacent operational support role
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel (advanced formulas, data cleaning), Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Lists
Demonstrated experience working with global or cross-regional teams in a multicultural, multinational corporate environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose technical and data-related issues across complex digital workflows
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail in data validation, user record management, access provisioning, and system auditing
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical instructions into simple guidance for non-technical users
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is considered a strong asset)
Strong proficiency in Smartsheet including sheets, forms, reports, and dashboards
Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or custom support queues
