The IB is undertaking a major digital transformation, re-shaping the digital landscape of our ecosystem to enable our learning community to flourish in the AI age.The Manager of Digital Transformation is a key change driver, leading priority transformation initiatives across the 200-person Digital & Data Office.
The Digital Transformation Manager’s will own and drive priority transformation initiatives with colleagues across the DDO and the IB, working closely with DDO senior leadership team
Support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined priorities and timelines
Contribute to change management activities, supporting adoption across teams and stakeholders
Work with teams to address delivery challenges, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum of initiatives
Support DDO leaders in the development of a culture of innovation within the by enabling experimentation, supporting new ideas, and facilitating the adoption of emerging technologies and practices that advance the organization’s digital transformation goals.
Manage assigned transformation initiatives or workstreams from planning through to delivery
Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues where required
Support the delivery of capability-building activities (e.g. internal events, learning initiatives) within the DDO
Digital Transformation: experience in digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to optimize processes and deliver measurable business impact
Education: Deep interest in understanding the K-12 education sector globally and the role and market for curriculum’s like the IB, inc Knowledge of trends, technologies, and emerging innovations in educational technology.
Software Development: Good understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile project management practices, with focus on Scrum to facilitate product development cycles.
Problem Solving: Strong conceptual and analytical problem solving skills
Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including Product managers, software developers, instructional designers, educators, and administrators.
Project management: Experience in the delivery of complex strategic initiatives to time, quality and budget
Communication: Able to organise and influence people, and align multiple viewpoints and timelines to achieve challenging goals
Promote Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing

Benefits
Annual salary in the region of €76,033 - €95,041, negotiable dependent on experience
Relocation support and work permit sponsorship available
Flexible benefits allowance equivalent to 1.5% of Annual Salary to spend on benefits or as addition to salary
Flexible working (core hours are 10am-3.30pm), 40 hours per week
