Digital Innovation Senior Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of Digital team’s Projects & Initiatives by developing & documenting relevant business requirements, process & ideation, facilitating on project delivery & assisting Digital Innovation Manager on ensuring initiatives’ deliverables that meet business’ objectives
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Project planning: take part in project planning to provide the right business requirements that meet the business objectives & initiatives’ goals / Lập kế hoạch dự án: tham gia lập kế hoạch dự án để cung cấp đúng yêu cầu kinh doanh đáp ứng mục tiêu kinh doanh & mục tiêu của sáng kiến
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional work with different business units to develop the business requirements and ensure effective implementation.
- Conduct research/ surveys to understand end-users’ insight related to their needs & experience regarding a function/ platform to be built.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure the UI UX is user-friendly and also meet with the requirement of business.
- Conduct analysis & work closely with the technical team to define the appropriate digital solution for solving business problems/opportunities.
- Understand business processes to revise, enhance or review & pre-approve related documents, process diagrams and wireframes conducted by IT.
- Be responsible for the deliverables of those business requirements to meet business expectation & timeline.
- Support in managing project plan which includes business requirements, design specifications and obtain the approvals.
- Project delivery: take part in project management tasks according to the approved plan / Giao dự án: tham gia các công việc quản lý dự án theo kế hoạch được duyệt
- Take lead in project administration tasks as assigned to keep the project moving forward i.e. setup meeting, do meeting minutes and follow up with action items, etc.
- Coordinate with IT & all other related stakeholders for provision of comprehensive project documentation, project delivery plan, cost estimation, testing & issue management, requirement cascading through the development life cycle.
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules, project monitoring & reporting.
- Assist Delivery Manager to rollout new product/service. Such assistance may include project operations - training and coaching to user on how to use the application system, creating manuals or participating in User Acceptance Test, etc.

- Provide productâs properties, unique selling points and how to use guideline to Digital Product Marketing team to ensure communication activities and training courses together with stakeholders are effective implementation
- Receive inquiries and feedbacks from users to have better upgrades or enhancement.
- Conduct surveys/ interviews to understand usersâ insights and initiate relevant enhancements/ new functions to improve end-usersâ experience.
- Monitor the performances of platforms/ functions to provide a suitable plan to improve digital matrix such as MAU, adoption rate, retention rate, etc.
