Job Description

Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

1, Digital Strategy & Portfolio Management:

  • Develop and maintain HcP digital transformation roadmap.
  • Manage digital project portfolio, prioritization, and value realization.
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and transformation KPIs.

2, Business Alignment & Governance:

  • Align digital initiatives with business priorities and plant objectives.
  • Facilitate digital steering meetings and management reviews.
  • Promote transparency, standardization, and effective governance of digital initiatives.

3, Data Governance & Stewardship:

  • Lead plant-level data governance and stewardship activities.
  • Coordinate data ownership, KPI definitions, and reporting standards across departments.
  • Promote data quality, consistency, and transparency to support analytics and AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with ICO1 to strengthen data platforms and data services.

4, Digital Architecture & Integration Coordination:

  • Coordinate digital landscape planning and architecture alignment.
  • Ensure alignment between SAP, local applications, data platforms, and digital initiatives.
  • Support application rationalization, standardization, and solution reuse.

5, Transformation Program Management:

  • Coordinate strategic transformation programs and central application deployments.
  • Support S/4HANA readiness, CODA activities, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as the key interface between business departments, ICO teams, and central organizations.

Qualifications

1, Education

  • Degree: Bachelor / Master Degree
  • Major: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

2, Work experience

  • Experience in digital transformation, portfolio management, governance, or business improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in manufacturing environments. Experience coordinating strategic programs and transformation initiatives.
