Key Job Duties

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.
  • Develop and deploy digital solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI technologies to identify improvement opportunities and solve business problems.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, and SMED.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and IT teams to implement sustainable process improvements and digital innovations.
  • Track operational KPIs and present project results, business benefits, and future opportunities to management.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, process improvement, or automation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, etc.).
  • Experience in implementing digital factory solutions, AI applications, automated reporting systems, or manufacturing data analytics projects.
  • Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset. Able to proactively identify operational challenges and digital transformation opportunities, independently develop solutions, and drive implementation with minimal direction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, manage ambiguity, and consistently deliver results under pressure.
  • Good communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
