Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Main Mission of the RoleAs part of the Digital Transformation & Automation team, this role is responsible for identifying, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining digital solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support process optimization across Finance and shared service functions. The position focuses on leveraging technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Palantir, and Artificial Intelligence to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions aligned with business needs.

Specific Responsibilities Daily Activities

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) before production deployment.Implement and support automations in production environments, ensuring successful stabilization and transition.Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions for existing automations.Develop digital applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.Participate in project kick-off meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools for new automation and digital transformation initiatives.Develop Artificial Intelligence solutions to support Finance and administrative processes.Create and maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), runbook, and end-user manuals. Provide support and maintenance for existing RPA, Power Platform, Palantir, and AI solutions.

Project & Portfolio Management

Maintain and update project information within the Project Tracker. Track project milestones, risks, issues, and progress to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with process owners, key users, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare project status updates, presentations, and reports for management review.Continuous Improvement & Innovation Assess new technologies and identify opportunities to expand digital capabilities within the organization.Optimize existing automations and digital solutions to increase reliability, scalability, and business value.Support the Digital Transformation roadmap by proposing innovative solutions leveraging RPA, AI, and low-code technologies.Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the Digital Transformation team.

Technical Skills

UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. (+2 years)Microsoft Power Apps. (desirable)Microsoft Power Automate. (desirable)Artificial Intelligence / Generative AI tools. Process analysis and business process mapping.Technical documentation and solution design.SAP knowledge (desirable).Palantir Foundry (desirable).Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot).Experience implementing digital transformation and process automation projects.Experience working with Finance, Shared Services, or administrative processes.
