What impact you’ll make

Directly leads his own technical team, which is organized under his supervision and is responsible for developing and delivering Operations Technology and Brilliant Manufacturing hardware and software solutions that are critical to the Veresegyhaz site. Works closely with the Digital Process Excellence Leader from the supply chain to ensure alignment. Collaborates with site IT and operations leaders to match global standards with local requirements and facilitate deployments. Accountable for the local deployment of the digital ecosystem, driving implementation, user adoption, and operational readiness

What you’ll do

• Serves as the cross-functional bridge during program deployment, ensuring ongoing readiness and proactively driving team alignment and execution.
• Builds supply chain capability at the Veresegyház site through local standards, digital tools, and AI-enabled systems, processes
• Makes decisions and handles complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
• Enables faster decision-making, reduced manual effort, and more consistent execution through automation and standard work
• Improves site-level performance through clean master data, one source of truth, practical process design and display, and targeted digital adoption (real-time dashboards)
• Implementation of unique digital solutions for production
• Factory-level harmonization of random systems and development of factory-level monitoring
• Collaborates with Engineering Team to build, maintain and deliver shop floor automation products
• Lead the development team, and improve the individuals as well as the team as a whole
• Work with factory operations teams along the priority areas and minimize the disruption during implementations and iterations

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or any Engineering discipline
• IT professional experience along with established domain expertise across different layers of Digital Product technology stack
• Experience in Software Engineering Project Management
• Professional experience in supply chain processes is required
• Professional experience with driving automation around manufacturing and inspection methods, tools, and data visualizations
• Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
