This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and executing practical digital and AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support Ball SB’s technological evolution. By analyzing workflows, identifying opportunities, and implementing scalable tools, this position will lead the execution of the organization’s initial digital and AI modernization initiatives.
1. Process and Systems Analysis
Analyze and identify existing operational workflows and systems to understand current performance, identify inefficiencies, and detect opportunities for improvement.
Translate process needs into clear technical requirements for internal implementation or for external technology providers when necessary.
2. Implementation of Digital and AI Solutions
Design, configure, and implement digital tools, automations, and AI-based solutions that optimize daily operations.
Develop and refine prototypes, automations, scripts, or low-code/no-code workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Test and validate implemented solutions, ensuring their proper functioning and reliability.
3. Technical Adjustments and System Improvements
Perform basic technical modifications, such as field adjustments, API connections, simple scripts, or system configurations, aligned with business needs.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of changes and improvements to ensure traceability and continuity.
4. Integrating AI into Business Processes
Evaluate AI tools and identify practical use cases across the organization.
Implement AI-assisted workflows for tasks such as information processing, content generation, classification, prediction, and automation.
Monitor the performance of AI tools and make iterative adjustments to improve results.
5. Digital Tools and Vendor Support
Evaluate, test, and compare relevant technology tools and platforms for process optimization and automation.
Provide accurate technical information when communicating requirements or evaluating the work of external vendors.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Explore emerging technology trends and propose new solutions that can be pragmatically applied within the organization.
Develop pilot projects and small-scale improvements that provide measurable value to internal teams.
Promote a culture of experimentation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Education
Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Desirable: specialization or certifications in data analytics, digital transformation, or applied
Experience
3–5 years of experience implementing digital solutions, automation workflows, or process improvements.
Hands-on experience configuring tools, building prototypes, or developing simple scripts (low-code/no-code or basic programming).
Exposure to product development, digital transformation, or tech-driven business environments.
Experience interacting with technical teams or technology vendors.
Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging digital technologies.
Ability to configure, integrate, or customize digital tools using low-code/no-code solutions or basic scripting.
Conceptual understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements.
Advanced English is a strong advantage.
