Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a technically sharp, business-minded professional to join our team and drive automation and AI adoption across the organization. You will work side by side with business areas to identify inefficiencies, design intelligent solutions, and lead end-to-end implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

This is a role for someone who speaks both "tech" and "business" fluently, who can sit with a business unit, understand a process deeply, and translate it into a concrete automation or AI-powered solution that delivers measurable results, having in mind savings and ROI for business stakeholders.

What role will do

  • Partner with business areas to map, analyze, and prioritize processes with high automation or AI potential.
  • Identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions using tools such as Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or equivalent LLM platforms.
  • Design and deploy multi-step AI workflows and autonomous agents tailored to specific business needs.
  • Develop and deploy automation workflows using APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Lead digital transformation projects from discovery to go-live, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Build internal capabilities by training teams and documenting best practices around AI and automation.
  • Monitor solution performance, iterate based on feedback, and report results to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and assess their applicability to our business context.

Must-have requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with AI platforms — particularly Claude (Anthropic API), ChatGPT / OpenAI, or similar LLMs.
  • Familiarity with data analysis.
  • Solid prompt engineering skills — ability to design, test, and iterate prompts for complex, multi-step business use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI agents or orchestrating multi-step AI workflows in real-world scenarios.
  • Demonstrable track record in digital transformation projects with clear, quantifiable outcomes (time saved, cost reduction, process improvement).
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with automation tools: RPA (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), APIs, scripting (Python or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

  • Background in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar).
