Job Responsibilities:
Install and support IT equipment like PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients and monitors
Install and support standard office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe products, corporate casino, hotel and back-of-house applications on PCs/laptops
Provisioning of user accounts in accordance with the Logon Service Request (LSR) procedures
Systems/Servers/Network Monitoring and identify the problems with the alarms/incidents shown and escalate the problem to management or 2nd level support
Provide first level telephone support for technical questions and issues
Reset user’s password and update user's configuration
Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with PCs/laptops/printers/thin clients/monitors
Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products
Self-motivate and willing to learn
Job Requirements:
Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
