Job Responsibilities:

  • Exercises sound discretion and independent judgment in developing detailed project plans and coordinating day‑to‑day activities of project team members.
  • Contributes to and reviews project proposals and execution plans, including schedule, resource requirements, cost baselines, and operational impacts; negotiates minor scope or specification changes as required.
  • Monitors and evaluates project progress to proactively identify risks, constraints, or issues, and recommends corrective actions to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
  • Provides direction to project team members to ensure full compliance with established PMO standards, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
  • Plans and coordinates project activities and interfaces, while building and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates and oversees a small team of subject‑matter specialists to execute assigned project deliverables.
  • Manages multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines, applying formal project management methodologies and tools.
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents complex business and technical requirements and processes; provides technical advisory support as required.
  • Leads and collaborates with cross‑functional teams, offering guidance on systems analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensures timely and effective delivery of project solutions into production, including structured handover to operations for ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Actively participates in professional development and training programs to enhance job knowledge and expand professional networks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields and/or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 3-4 years project management experience or 5 years IT Business Solutions related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with principles and practices of project management, including planning, scheduling, organizing, coordinating, and technical administration of budgeting.
  • Certification in project management (PMP) preferred; ScrumMaster (CSM) advantageous.
  • Gaming or Hospitality industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Office, MS-Visio, MS-Projects, MS-SQL, MS-PowerPoint.
