Role: Digital Technology PM Executive

Duration: Temporary (Maternity Leave)
We are looking for a Digital Technology Project Manager Executive, specifically for the brand Jean-Paul Gaultier (Fragrance), to join the Digital Hub Tech team based in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Digital Technology Manager and working along technical and operations teams (Developers, QA, Product owners, analytics, CRM, logistics etc.), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the 2026 roadmap to drive online sales across Jean-Paul Gaultier Fragrance websites. You will be the bridge between the brand DTC team and the technical teams to enhance our customer experience and ensure development meets brand’s requirements. Your role will also be crucial in making sure our platforms, both for our customers but also our internal teams, remain stable daily.
Oversee the planning and execution of technical and digital projects including but not limited to:
- New functionalities and features onsite
- New country rollouts
- Optimization of existing features
- Integration with third-party tools and API
- Back-office optimization (CMS)
Your daily tasks will include:
- Define and plan priorities of the 2026 roadmap based on technical team capacity and brand strategy
- Own and drive the operating rhythm with the technical team and the product owner to ensure clear and complete requirements and deliver projects successfully
- Create detailed retro-planning for cross-functional projects and complex features to provide clarity on the project implementation to all stakeholders involved
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional team (logistics, customer service, consumer data, CRM etc.) to deliver projects on-time and with quality
- Manage the delivery and the quality of the day-to-day incidents and issues with cross-functional teams (Media, CRM, analytics etc.)
- Ensure all projects and functionalities include and meet analytics, accessibility, SEO and performance standards by coordinating deliverables with the right team
- Assist in the End-to-End process and User Acceptance tests of ongoing sprints, providing clear planning as well as creating and managing corresponding JIRA tickets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and create mitigation plan when needed
- Drive accurate and clear communication to the stakeholders, both for key project updates and daily maintenance support
- Support the DTC team in having strong knowledge of the CMS tools and understanding of the contribution tasks by organizing DEMO and providing clear documentation packages
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, program management or consulting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills whilst able to prioritize workload accordingly
- An energetic can-do and positive attitude
- A team player with a collaborative work approach and motivation
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in English, ideally speaking fluent Spanish. French is a plus
- Technical knowledge is a plus (no IT background is required)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar project management software valued
