Job title – Digital & Tech Project Manager

Location – Maastricht, the Netherlands

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget (~€1M), and resources
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and external partners
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful delivery outcomes
• Ensure realization of business value (cost savings, efficiency, EBITDA impact)

You bring

• 5+ years experience in IT project management
• Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing budgets and delivering business value
• Experience in portfolio management is preferred
