We’re looking for a Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join our Advisory team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities. Your Mission

In this role, you will support and lead client‑facing digital transformation engagements, working closely with managers and senior leaders to shape and deliver strategic outcomes.

As our new Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will:

• Lead and support digital transformation projects from strategy through execution.

• Assess business models, technology landscapes, and operational processes toidentifyopportunities for innovation.

• Develop digital strategies,transformationroadmaps, operating models, and business cases aligned with client needs.

• Adviseclients onemerging technologies, including AI, automation, cloud, IoT, and data analytics.

• Facilitateclient workshops, design‑thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

Drive Project Excellence

• Support themanagement ofworkstreams or small teams within largerprograms.

• Apply agile and traditional project management methodologies to plan and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• Identifyrisks, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, reports, and recommendations.

Contribute to Innovation and Thought Leadership

• Stay informed on digital trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements.

• Support internal knowledge-building through thought leadership and best practice development.

• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and client pitches.

Collaborate and Grow

• Work with multidisciplinary teams across the PwC network.

• Provide guidance and on-the-job support tojunior team members.

• Uphold PwC’s values of integrity, inclusion, and excellence.

About You

We’relooking for someone who:

• Holds a university degree inInformationTechnology, Computer Science, Business,Managementora related discipline

• Has 2–3 years of experiencein digital transformation, consulting, strategy, or related fields.

• Brings a unique perspective andvaluescollaboration.

• Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute within a diverse team environment.

• Demonstratesstrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Has experience or interest in emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud,data,etc.).

• Holds or aims to pursue certifications such as Agile or PRINCE2.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
