About this role
With Carrier amid a massive Digital Transformation, we're focused on spearheading new digital technologies, products, and ways of working across our enterprise. This position will give the opportunity to join a growing team in supporting high-level strategic and operational planning for our Digital organization as we think about what is next for our organization, short and long term.
Key Responsibilities
Curate high-touch Digital programming and presentations for Digital leadership based on key strategic priorities and investments.
Manage measurement and reporting out of tactical and strategic KPIs related to delivery, platform adoption, and business value.
Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of a program that meets strategic objectives and falls within budget.
Implement KPIs and dashboards to ensure ROI, program utilization, and clear alignment to strategic goals of closing immediate and long-term skill gaps.
Analyze and translate strategic goals into actionable items and projects (road mapping, strategy sessions, etc.)
Required Qualifications
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
3.0 or higher GPA
Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to digital or technology environments with an interest in cutting-edge digital trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills – the ability to engage with teams across all levels of organization (exec. stakeholders/ business leaders)
Strong MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
