Digital Solutions Specialist

What you will enjoy doing

• As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will develop, implement, and own low-code solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other digital tools, supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven & Digital initiatives aligned to RAF business needs
• You will analyse business processes to identify and prioritise digitalization and AI opportunities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value will be expected of you
• Driving digital adoption by supporting citizen developers Digital Exchange (dX) Creators on the Power Platform and providing ongoing solution support and troubleshooting will be high on your agenda
• Additionally, you will lead end to end delivery of scalable AI and digital solutions, supported by strong business cases and clear roadmaps
• Lastly, you will collaborate with global and Afrox teams to share best practices, explore emerging technologies, and build internal digital capability through training and workshops

What makes you great

• You possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT & Digitalisation, Internal Linde experience across multiple business functions or equivalent
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio is a must
• Five or more years of experience in digital projects, with exposure to multiple platforms and technologies is required
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence and advanced model development is necessary
• Experience in industrial, gas, and engineering especially high-intensity manufacturing and operational environment is advantageous
• Strong project management skills, including defining deliverables, managing timelines, and supporting agile delivery within a Scrum environment is essential
