  • Supports all controls and drives maintenance activities 24/7 in order to fulfill committed production plans and ensure adherence to C&D standard processes in his area.
  • Ensures the implementation and maintenance of Generic Technical Equipment Standards for all installations and upgrades of equipment (m/c) including Manufacturing IT Systems in the area.
  • Maintains continuous backups for all equipment, control remote access and supports change management.
  • Interact with suppliers to implement required electrical equipment upgrades.
  • Transfers knowledge and conducts training to all C&D personnel (Engineers/Electricians) in the plant based on C&D skill matrix in his area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years C&D engineering experience in production industry
  • Experience in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation
  • International team experience
  • Fluent English skills / written & spoken
  • Technical Know-How, logical & methodical analysis of technical problems
  • Project Management
  • Automation knowledge: Drives, PLC, IPC's, etc.
  • IT knowledge + IPC Management + Database (SQL) + Network
  • Programming skills (Step7 / TIA / TwinCAT)
  • Business and Process understanding on Tire Manufacturing
  • EPlan
