The Role

As a Digital Solutions Consultant II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….

  • Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams.
  • Design and implement Account Engagement solutions, including lead lifecycle management, scoring & grading models, and nurture journeys using Engagement Studio.
  • Develop and configure both out-of-the-box and custom Account Engagement features such as automation rules, dynamic lists, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing automation initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and marketing operations team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data sync, and automation processes.
  • Perform quality reviews of configurations, assets, and campaigns to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce Account Engagement releases and marketing automation trends.
  • Contribute to technology architecture and marketing automation strategy.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Required Qualifications and Background

  • Overall, 6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with exposure to marketing automation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) for email and landing page development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile methodologies (user stories, sprint cycles, backlog management)
  • Experience with data management, segmentation, and campaign lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Account Engagement integration, connectors, and data synchronization
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation best practices, email deliverability, and campaign performance optimization
  • Experience working in enterprise environments involving release management, version control, and governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and guide teams
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Pardot Specialist / Pardot Consultant / Platform Developer I are desirable

Knowledge Preferred

  • The candidate should have 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce implementations with a strong focus on Account Engagement (Pardot)/Marketing Automation/CRM solutions.
  • Strong experience in HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages, with working knowledge of Salesforce platform (Flows, Apex as needed)
  • Experience implementing integration solutions between Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM, as well as external systems (e.g., Zapier or APIs)
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment processes in Salesforce environments
