We're looking for a Digital Solution Lead to own a Digital Solution end-to-end from design and development through to the RUN phase — driving business innovation and efficiency. You'll lead cross-functional teams to build cutting-edge digital products, evaluate and integrate new technologies, and provide the strategic direction that strengthens the organization's digital capabilities.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions that meet real business requirements, working closely with IT Solutions Architects and Project Managers to translate functional and technical needs into working products. That includes overseeing documentation — user manuals and technical specs and making sure each solution integrates cleanly into the existing IT infrastructure.

Once live, you own the RUN phase: monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues with minimal disruption (or equipping end-users with the documentation to fix them), and running regular audits to keep everything functioning optimally. You'll coordinate with other IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployment, provide technical leadership that fosters continuous improvement, and train end-users alongside the Business Rep. In some cases, you'll also supervise a Digital Solution Engineer who provides the technical discipline to support you and the Business.

What They're Looking For

• A Master's degree in the technical discipline linked to the Digital Solution you'll work on

• At least 4 years of experience in IT management, digital solutions, or a related field

• A proven track record developing and managing digital solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategy

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or time series is a plus

• Experience in end-to-end implementations of ERP in asset management field

• Proficiency in English & Portuguese, essential for working with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors
