
Overall governance
• Ensure understanding of business analysis and system analysis work processes and procedures, regulations, and standards, to provide guidelines to junior members.
• Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to business and system analysis-related work, to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company’s policies & compliance with relevant governance.
Function-related accountabilities
• Take a leading role or assist senior members in digital solutions delivery from pre-project, initiating, commissioning, closing phase of projects, including support and maintenance phase of applications/systems with internal resources, turn-key suppliers, and outsourced approaches in order to ensure the solution successfully meets the business objectives within budget and desired timeframe.
• Collect and analyze requirements from customers and develop implications and relevant assumptions accordingly, as well as create detailed business and system analysis and outline problems and opportunities, to support digital solution development.
• Take a leading role or assist senior members in developing and adjusting concept of digital solution as well as conducting business cases for the solution (including budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, and decision-making model), to maximize the value delivered to the customers.
• Collaborate and provide all support for other processes of digital solution development and refinement (if necessary), including development of project management plan, design specification, solution review, integration test, acceptance test, user training and commissioning, to ensure digital solution development accomplishment.
• Take a leading role or assist senior members in acting as the contact point and liaise with customers to present and fine-tune solutions, address any concerns and communicate other relevant issues, to drive completion of the project.
• Take a leading role or assist senior members in identifying of business gaps and solutions, to identify areas of improvement and enhance business performance.
• Take a leading role or assist senior members in developing project documents and related analysis, as well as present to project sponsor/project owner for project initiation in order to ensure accuracy and completeness of information in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including the IT support team, suppliers, users, process owner, and system owner, to ensure effective operations.
