Responsibilities

1. Coach High-Performing AI Workforce Specialists

  • Develop specialist selling skills.
  • Improve customer engagement quality.

2. Drive Consultative Selling Excellence

  • Coach teams on discovery and active listening.
  • Help uncover customer business priorities.

4. Operational Rigor & Execution

  • Improve MSX hygiene.
  • Drive high-quality consumption and adoption plans.
  • Reduce execution variability across the specialist team.

5. Lead AI Workforce Transformation

  • Position AI-ready productivity and security.
