Job Description

Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Digital Service Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Manage dotcom svc support part content satisfaction.
  • Design and modify Dotcom content (FAQ / Video / Simulator).
  • Read through original material and rewrite it in the target language (Chinese / English).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above from any disciplines with 2 years' relevant experience in website content/ design management etc.
  • Proficient in MS offices and Chinese word processing
  • Multi-tasking with strong planning and organizing skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer service attitude and mindset
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
