The mission of the Direct to Customer Department is to acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalized and relevant content while driving traffic and revenue to stores and Aritzia.com.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Direct to Customer team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for executing exceptional subscriber and channel management while driving traffic, revenue, and loyalty through our DTC channels. As a leader of the Direct to Customer Department, you will lead and be responsible for developing and executing SMS and Push Notifications strategies and content, ensuring that our marketing, transactional and triggered programs are delivered in an elevated and personalized way. At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
