Permanent Full-time Opportunity

Location – Rotorua

We are currently seeking a Digital Sales Specialist for a full-time permanent position.

The in-house Digital Specialist is accountable for managing a portfolio of WMNZ micro B2B customers delivering revenue growth. You will be part of a resourceful and creative sales team whose focus is engaging with current customers to demonstrate how WMNZ can address resource recovery challenges and create value.

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer revenue growth objectives.

About you

This is a great role for someone looking for a career in sales. Ideally, you have a proven successful track record in customer service or sales. You are a natural at building strong relationships via phone, email and online meetings to ensure you deliver on targets and drive the region’s sales.

You’re motivated, realistic, self-sufficient and are a confident self-starter who will be perfectly at ease working in the region to ensure our customer’s high standards of service delivery are met. Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must for this role.

You will be joining a dynamic and engaging team where no two days are the same. If you thrive on challenge and opportunity and want to work for a business that makes a difference, then this is the opportunity for you.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze account data and generate meaningful insights
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment
