Exciting Opportunity: Client Partner – Boosting Business Growth in Kazakhstan
Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for digital advertising and a deep industry network? Do you want to take the lead in growing new business in Kazakhstan and managing high-impact, multi-million-dollar digital advertising projects? If so, we want you on our team!
We’re looking for a Digital Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in Kazakhstan. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales, managing key accounts, and shaping the future of our products in the region. If you’re ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies Define and execute entry strategies to introduce and drive our products in Kazakhstan, increasing sales and market share.
  • Own Regional Results Be responsible for delivering exceptional results across the region, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage Key Accounts Build, retain, and grow a dedicated portfolio of top agencies and advertisers, nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • Drive Revenue Growth Collaborate with other Client Partners in the region to design short and long-term revenue strategies that fuel significant business growth.
  • Co-Develop the Market Lead market development through workshops, seminars, public relations, and educational initiatives.
  • Execute Winning Strategies Plan and execute tailored account strategies to win new business and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate and Communicate Work closely with internal and external teams, providing proactive communication and ensuring strong alignment between sales and support functions.
  • Maximize Retention Focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention.

What you need for this role:

  • Proven Experience in Media Sales Strong background in media sales, with a deep understanding of online marketing and digital advertising trends.
  • Client-Focused Highly customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Results-Driven Ability to think strategically and creatively, using data to drive decisions and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical and Tech-Savvy Comfortable with analyzing data and using tools like Sheets, PowerPoint, Keynote; experience with Salesforce, DSM, and DFP is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of Central Asian advertising markets and the digital landscape.
  • Proven Communication Skills Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and the ability to solve problems proactively.
  • Network Advantage Close connections with key agencies and clients in Kazakhstan and other CIS markets are highly desirable.
  • Results-Oriented Driven by delivering business-critical outcomes to clients rather than just selling media.
