Job Description

The Digital Sales Insights & AI Enablement Lead will strengthen insight-led decision making and practical AI adoption across the Campaign Hub.

The role will focus on improving campaign performance visibility, developing executive and operational dashboards, enabling audience and segmentation insights, and identifying practical AI-enabled use cases that improve campaign planning, reporting, workflow productivity and content effectiveness.

This is a business-facing enablement role that works closely with Digital Sales, Marketing, Data, Technology and Martech teams to translate business needs into scalable insights, reporting assets, AI-assisted workflows and optimisation frameworks across the campaign lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of campaign intelligence capabilities across the Campaign Hub, with a focus on insights, performance visibility, AI enablement and scalable business impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through data, AI-assisted recommendations, personalisation, segmentation and optimisation techniques.
• Define and implement frameworks that enable more targeted, efficient and effective campaign planning and execution.
• Support the evolution of campaign planning through audience insights, predictive approaches, performance learnings and AI-enabled recommendations.
• Partner with business teams to define customer segmentation strategies, audience frameworks and campaign targeting opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage CDP capabilities to support personalisation, customer journey optimisation and improved campaign relevance.
• Design and develop executive and operational dashboards that provide clear visibility of campaign performance, productivity, pipeline, revenue contribution and delivery effectiveness.
• Evolve reporting from descriptive updates toward actionable campaign intelligence that supports decision making and performance improvement.
• Simplify complex performance data into concise, leadership-ready visualisations, reporting narratives and insight assets.
• Identify and shape practical AI-enabled use cases that improve campaign planning, reporting, workflow productivity, content generation and stakeholder decision making.
• Develop and optimise prompts, AI workflows, copilots and reusable business templates that support Digital Sales and Campaign Hub teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual activities across the campaign lifecycle, working with Technology, Data and Martech teams where deeper system or platform changes are required.
• Evaluate emerging AI and digital capabilities and recommend practical use cases that can create measurable value for Digital Sales and Campaign Hub operations.

• Support the development of search and discoverability capabilities across traditional Search, Answer Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation.
• Define frameworks and best practices that improve content discoverability across search engines, AI assistants and emerging generative platforms.
• Partner with content, digital and campaign teams to incorporate discoverability, optimisation and performance measurement considerations into campaign planning.
• Establish measurement approaches to track campaign visibility, engagement, content effectiveness, productivity improvement and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Capability Building
• Engage stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into scalable insight, dashboard and AI-enabled solutions.
• Present findings, concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation and data-driven decision making across the Campaign Hub.
• Support capability building by helping teams adopt dashboards, AI tools, prompt-based workflows and insight-led ways of working.
• Act as a bridge between business teams, Martech, Data and Technology to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into practical deliverables.

Qualifications

Must Have
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from recognised university in related field.
• Candidate with more than 8 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics, Campaign Analytics, AI Enablement, Growth Marketing, Consulting, Digital Transformation or related fields.

• Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Digital Marketing or Consulting experience preferred.
• Experience developing, managing or driving adoption of dashboards and performance reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or equivalent business AI tools to improve productivity, insight generation or content effectiveness.
• Demonstrate efiiciency in prompt engineering capability, with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality business outputs, reusable templates, workflows or AI-assisted solutions.
• Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into reporting frameworks, insight assets, dashboard enhancements, workflow improvements or AI-enabled use cases.
• Proven ability to work across business, data, technology, digital and Martech stakeholders to deliver practical business outcomes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights, recommendations and leadership-ready narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present findings, concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and drive delivery in a matrix environment.

Highly Desirable
• Experience with CDP platforms, segmentation strategies, and personalisation frameworks.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, content optimisation, or digital discoverability strategies.
• Experience with campaign analytics, marketing technology, customer journeys, or digital performance measurement.
• Experience developing AI agents, copilots, or automation solutions.
• Background in banking, transformation, or digital capability-building programmes.
