At ING we are looking for Digital Sales Growth Analyst:

Your role and work environment:

The responsibility of this team is to achieve the product’s digital sales objectives, orchestrating all capabilities involved in digital sales funnel acquisition.

You will use data, customer insights and experimentation to identify opportunities that improve conversion and contribute to the achievement of digital sales objectives.

In addition, you will translate analysis, insights and business results into clear recommendations, ensuring alignment and awareness across all digital sales stakeholders

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Sales Expert you will:

• Positively contribute to Digital Sales, understanding end-to-end customer journeys, and identifying improvements in all touch points of our customers.
• Support the identification of growth opportunities by analysing customer, campaign and sales performance data, generating insights and optimization recommendations.
• Leverage SQL and multiple data sources to analyse customer behaviour, conversion drivers and sales performance, translating findings into actionable improvements.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, supporting decision-making and prioritization.
• Ensure the evolution of the digital data model, the correct tracking of the process (data capture), and identify and request new information to be tracked as required for digital sales optimization.
• Drive the evolution of digital sales reporting and dashboards to have more relevant information about digital sales performance and to do more in-depth analysis with Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics
• Build the end-to-end view of the digital sales funnel, propose improvements along the entire customer acquisition journey.
• Understand the customer journey in the different campaigns and commercial communications.
• Responsible for the CRO methodology and the correct execution: CRO analysis, hypothesis generation, brainstorming, test plan, set up and insights. Monitoring test results in Adobe Target.
• Define new use cases, initiatives and personalization opportunities across the customer journey.
• Benchmarking and monitoring of digital journey focus on entry points, digital application processes, and leads to sales actions.

• Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical, digital and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques, with the ability to work with multiple data sources to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Ability to analyse customer behaviour, digital journeys, conversion funnels and commercial performance through data-driven analysis.
• Curiosity and willingness to investigate business problems, identify root causes and contribute to actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of digital analytics and experimentation tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target).
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Great organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Passionate about innovation, market trends and future developments.
• Able to work autonomously, take initiative and make things happen with a can-do attitude.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Good team player, willing to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Very good oral and written English skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Utilizarás datos, insights de clientes y experimentación para identificar oportunidades que mejoren la conversión y contribuyan a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas digitales. Además, traducirás los análisis, insights y resultados de negocio en recomendaciones claras, garantizando el alineamiento y el conocimiento de todos los stakeholders de ventas digitales.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Digital Sales Expert:

• Contribuirás positivamente a Digital Sales, comprendiendo los customer journeys end-to-end e identificando mejoras en todos los puntos de contacto con nuestra clientela.
• Apoyarás la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento mediante el análisis de datos de clientes, campañas y rendimiento de ventas, generando insights y recomendaciones de optimización.
• Utilizarás SQL y múltiples fuentes de datos para analizar el comportamiento de la clientela, los factores que impulsan la conversión y el rendimiento de ventas, traduciendo los hallazgos en mejoras accionables.
• Traducirás los hallazgos analíticos en recomendaciones claras y comunicarás los insights de manera eficaz a los stakeholders, apoyando la toma de decisiones y la priorización.
• Garantizarás la evolución del modelo de datos digitales y el correcto tracking del proceso (captura de datos), e identificarás y solicitarás nueva información que deba ser objeto de tracking según sea necesario para la optimización de las ventas digitales.
• Impulsarás la evolución del reporting y los dashboards de ventas digitales para disponer de información más relevante sobre su rendimiento y realizar análisis más detallados con Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics.
• Construirás la visión end-to-end del funnel de ventas digitales y propondrás mejoras a lo largo de todo el customer journey de adquisición.
• Comprenderás el customer journey en las diferentes campañas y comunicaciones comerciales.
• Serás responsable de la metodología CRO y de su correcta ejecución: análisis CRO, generación de hipótesis, brainstorming, plan de pruebas, configuración e insights. Realizarás el seguimiento de los resultados de las pruebas en Adobe Target.
• Definirás nuevos casos de uso, iniciativas y oportunidades de personalización a lo largo del customer journey.
• Realizarás benchmarking y seguimiento del journey digital, con foco en los puntos de entrada, los procesos digitales de solicitud y las acciones para convertir leads en ventas.

• Grado o máster, con un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia.
• Mentalidad orientada a la clientela y a resultados.
• Sólidas habilidades de pensamiento analítico, digital y estratégico.
• Conocimientos de SQL y técnicas de análisis de datos, con capacidad para trabajar con múltiples fuentes de datos con el fin de generar insights y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Capacidad para analizar el comportamiento de la clientela, journeys digitales, funnels de conversión y rendimiento comercial mediante análisis basados en datos.
• Curiosidad y disposición para investigar problemas de negocio, identificar sus causas raíz y contribuir a generar recomendaciones accionables.
• Conocimientos de herramientas de analítica digital y experimentación (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target).
• Experiencia con herramientas de reporting y visualización de datos (Power BI o similares).
• Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y PowerPoint.
• Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Pasión por la innovación, las tendencias de mercado y los desarrollos futuros.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, tomar la iniciativa y hacer que las cosas sucedan, con una actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
• Sólida mentalidad orientada a la resolución de problemas.
• Gran capacidad para trabajar en equipo y disposición para colaborar con diferentes stakeholders.
• Muy buen nivel de inglés oral y escrito.
