What you will do

SAP Colombia Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

This role is designed for early-career talent with strong commercial ambition, aiming to develop future sales professionals within SAP. As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and qualifying new business opportunities within the Mid-Market segment, acting as a hunter profile focused on acquiring new customers (New Logos).

You will be responsible for driving demand generation, engaging prospects, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities that will be transitioned to the sales teams for execution.

Position title: Digital Sales Development Associate – SAP Next Gen

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: Temporary – 6 months up to 2 years

Expected start date: June 2026

Tasks descriptions:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Mid-Market segment, with a strong focus on customer acquisition (hunter role)
  • Lead and execute strategic profiling and demand generation campaigns to create relevant C-Level connections
  • Proactively engage prospects using digital tools and innovative outreach strategies to generate pipeline (volume, value, and velocity)
  • Collaborate with Digital Hub resources (Digital Sales, Digital Solution Advisory, Digital Deal Strategy, Digital Assets, etc.) to maximize customer impact and coverage
  • Qualify and nurture leads, progressing early-stage opportunities and reactivating stalled pipeline
  • Transfer qualified opportunities to Sales teams, ensuring high-quality handover for deal execution
  • Work closely with the Indirect Channel, including Partner Business Managers and Inside Partner Managers, aligning on go-to-market strategy
  • Track and report on pipeline generation, demand metrics, and sales progress, identifying gaps and taking corrective actions
  • Participate in ongoing enablement programs to strengthen commercial, digital selling, and product knowledge skills

What you bring

We are looking for individuals who are commercially driven, proactive, resilient, and curious, with a strong interest in building a career in technology sales.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree.
  • In fields such as:
    • Business Administration, Economics
    • Marketing, Digital Marketing / Growth
    • International Business, Digital Business, Business Analytics / Data & Business
    • Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, demand generation, lead generation, or sales prospecting (preferably in digital or high-volume environments)

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Strong commercial mindset with interest in new business acquisition (hunter profile)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, outreach tools, MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Canva, etc.)
  • High energy, self-starter attitude, team player, and results-oriented mindset
  • Passion for technology and sales, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Business-level fluency in English (mandatory) and native Spanish
